Offshore tax preparation for US CPA and EA firms

Send returns at close of business. Get review-ready files when your day starts.

Anviva is an India-based tax preparation team that works only for US accounting firms. We work inside your software, under your brand, and we never contact your clients.

Your firm reviews, signs and files every return

Every busy season brings the same squeeze

More returns, fewer experienced preparers, and deadlines that do not move. Your seniors end up keying data instead of reviewing returns, and seasonal hires are slow to find and gone when the season ends.

Anviva takes the preparation load off your senior staff, so they spend the season reviewing, not keying.

How the overnight cycle works

01
Step One

You Send

At close of business, upload source documents or assign returns in your workflow system.

02
Step Two

We Prepare

India is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time, so our workday runs while your office is closed. A preparer builds the return and workpapers, then a second reviewer checks the file and clears e-file diagnostics.

03
Step Three

You Review and File

You open a review-ready return with an open-items list and notes on every assumption. Your reviewer raises notes and we clear them. Your firm signs and files.

Standard returns sent by close of business are ready when your day starts. Complex returns get a committed date at intake.

Four return types, done well

Form 1040

Individual Returns

Form 1040 and schedules, including rental, self-employment and investment income, plus state returns.

Form 1065

Partnership Returns

Form 1065 and K-1s, from trial balance to completed return, with book-to-tax adjustments.

Form 1120-S

S Corporation Returns

Form 1120-S and K-1s, with shareholder basis schedules organized for review.

Form 1120

C Corporation Returns

Form 1120 with Schedule M-1 or M-3 reconciliation and fixed asset schedules.

Also available, scoped on request: trusts and estates, exempt organizations, multi-state returns, extensions and estimates, workpaper preparation and bookkeeping clean-up.

Why firms choose Anviva

Built Only for Accounting Firms

We have no direct-to-taxpayer business, and we never contact or solicit your clients.

Overnight Turnaround

Standard returns are ready when your day starts. Complex returns get a committed date at intake, and we tell you early if a file is at risk.

A Named Team, Not a Pool

The same preparers handle your files each season and learn your preferences. You get one point of contact and a daily status report.

A Low-Risk Start

Begin with a 5-return pilot. If a return has a preparation error, we correct it at no charge. Per-return work has no minimum commitment.

How a firm starts

A firm can go from first call to live work in about 2 weeks.

STEP 01

Discovery Call

We learn your return mix, software, volume and pain points.

2027 TAX SEASON

Reserve your 2027 season capacity by December 15

Filing season opens in late January. We train each preparer on your software, checklists and workpaper format before the first return arrives.

Questions firms ask first

Your firm does. You review, sign and file every return. We prepare the return and workpapers under your supervision.
We work under your brand and never contact your clients. US rules require you to get client consent before return information is shared with a preparer outside the United States. We provide sample consent wording for your counsel to review and fit our workflow around your consent process.
Standard returns sent by your close of business are ready when your day starts. Complex returns get a committed date at intake.
We correct preparation errors at no charge and log each one so it feeds back into our checklists and training.
Your point of contact is reachable in a daily window from 8 to 11 am Eastern.
Not for per-return work. Dedicated seats have a 3-month minimum. Most firms begin with a 5-return pilot.
