How we work
The daily cycle
Upload and assign
You upload source documents or assign returns in your workflow system.
Prepare and self-review
Our preparer builds the return and workpapers and completes a self-review checklist.
Quality review
A second reviewer checks the file and clears e-file diagnostics.
Return delivery
You receive the return with an open-items list and notes on any assumptions.
Review notes and resolution
Your reviewer raises review notes. We clear them within 1 business day.
Sign and file
Your firm signs and files the completed return.
India is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time. So a return sent at close of business is ready when your day starts.
Staying in step with your team
An open-items list and notes on every assumption
A status report showing returns delivered, in progress and waiting on documents
Your point of contact, reachable by phone or message
A check-in call with your point of contact
Your software, not ours
We work inside your systems. We log in to your systems with the access you grant. Client files are not downloaded to or stored on our devices.

Start small, then scale
Most firms start with the pilot, move to per-return work, and add a seat once volume is steady. Pricing is fixed and agreed up front.

How per-return pricing works
Each return is priced at a fixed fee by complexity tier. We confirm the tier at intake, before work starts.
Standard
Individual returns
W-2 wages, interest and dividends, one state
Business returns
A single entity from a clean trial balance, few fixed assets, one state
Moderate
Individual returns
Adds self-employment, rental property or capital gains
Business returns
Adds depreciation activity or several owners, or a second state
Complex
Individual returns
Adds K-1 income from several entities, multiple states or a prior-year amendment
Business returns
Multi-state apportionment, many owners, M-3 reconciliation or heavy fixed asset activity
Clear pricing before preparation: Your return's complexity tier is confirmed at intake, before work begins.
How the 5-return pilot works
You choose five returns
A mix of return types shows the most about our work.
We prepare them
In your software, inside the normal daily cycle.
You review them
The way you would review a new junior preparer's work.
We go through your review notes
And log every correction.
You decide
Whether to continue, with the numbers in front of you: turnaround and review notes per return.
If your preparer is out
Every named preparer has a named backup who has seen your checklists and workpaper format. If your preparer is on leave or ill, the backup picks up returns in progress and we tell you the same business day. We publish our holiday calendar before each season and plan seat coverage around it.
Billing
We invoice in US dollars. Seats are invoiced monthly, and per-return work is invoiced monthly for the returns delivered. Payment terms are set out in your service agreement.
